The Green's Private Room

The Layout

The Greens's Private Room consist of one large rectangular area that can be divided into two by interconnecting doors, effectively creating two rooms.

The smaller of two rooms will comfortably hold a maximum of 10 guests for dinner. The large room will seat a maximum of 14 guests for dinner. Alternatively once the room is opened up, the whole private room will seat a maximum of 24 guests on one long table, or 36 on separate tables.

We are able to accommodate up to 50 people for standing reception.

In order for us to serve food in peak condition and without delays between courses, we do ask you to select from the a la Carte menu in accordance with the following:

The Costs

A deposit of £200 pounds is required to hold the private room. This may be paid by cheque or by credit card.

Cancellation & Non Attendance

To cancel a reservation for the private room, 72 hours notice is required to allow full reimbursement of the deposit.

We require final confirmation of numbers 48 hours in advance of the reservation. Variations in numbers of guests on the day of the party will be charged at £40.00 per head.

Payment

It is our policy that all accounts are settled on the day. Any other requests must be made in writing to the General Manager.
