How to make Potted Shrimps
Serves 4-6 starters.

Ingredients list :

220g peeled brown shrimp
115g unsalted butter
10g finely diced shallots
3g chopped dill
5g chopped parsley
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
lemon juice to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
100g clarified butter

Half-price cocktails at The Runner Bar

During March all cocktails will be half-price between 5.30pm and 7.00pm at the Runner Bar in Cornhill. Together with the live music each night, this is a great way to start the evening.

Cornhill has been voted one in the best 5 venues for a wedding reception by The City and The Canary Wharf Magazines.
